Our Team

Chris Seed 
Founder and Principal Consultant

Chris has over 20 years of Business system implementation experience with his own company Comstar.  Chris built a strong multinational customer base implementing Oracle Business Suites in the UK.  Around 10 years ago his path brought him to Beautiful British Columbia in Canada.  On relocating to Canada Chris also moved into new technology with the Salesforce platform and now has several projects under his belt and, at the same time, has passed 7 Salesforce certifications including Application Architect.  Outside of work Chris loves nothing more than being in the great Canadian outdoor.

Charles Jones
Principal Consultant

Charles is a Salesforce certified architect, consultant and developer, with over 20 years industry experience in software development. Over the past 8 years Charles has consulted on Salesforce projects across Europe, including in Dublin, London, Munich and Brussels, designing and building enterprise scale Salesforce implementations and integrations. Charles holds 12 Salesforce certifications, and post graduate certificates in both Software Technology and in Business Innovation. When not working, Charles enjoys hiking across the hills in his home in Ireland, as well as hanging out with his two children.

Rob Were
​​Senior Consultant

Rob has been with Comstar from the start, first working with Oracle ERP/EBS systems and more recently with Salesforce.  Rob has passed 4 Salesforce certifications including Experience Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Administrator.  When not in work Rob enjoys playing the guitar and likes to spend time outdoors around the South Wales coast.
